The center of this fabulous necklace is a 1940s brooch that had broken beyond repair. It is a beautiful 2.5" brass flower set with emerald green rhinestones. The fun things about the brooch is it still has a 1937 patent number readable on it. The brooch has been turned into a pendant and strung with small brass spacer beads and fluorite gemstone beads. The hexagon shaped fluorite beads are mainly shades of green, but once and a while you will catch a small glimpse of the purple color that is present in fluorite...so cool. The 17" necklace is finished off with an aged vintage bress round box-style clasp. This necklace is real gemstone, so it has a really nice weight to it. This is a one of a kind creation from the Lil'Paisley studios in Seattle, WA.
