Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours after receipt if received during normal hours of operation (excluding holidays, weekends, etc.).

I have done my best to describe every piece accurately. If you have questions about an item, please e-mail me before ordering. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason:

• Notify me of your intent to return by e-mail within 5 days of receipt of package. It's important that you realize that I will also not accept any return that is not pre-authorized. 
• Returns accepted on damaged or defective merchandise only. Due to the Special Occasion nature of many of our pieces, store credit  or exchange only is given on non-damaged returns. All vintage items are sold "As Is". Please understand that custom orders and special order merchandise are not returnable under any circumstances.
• Merchandise must be returned using an insured shipping method. USPS Priority, Express, and 1st Class Mail are all acceptable. Please insure for the purchase price of the returned item(s) and package safely, preferably in the original box. It must be received in the same condition as it was sent, within 14 days.
• A refund check (or credit if you paid by credit card or PayPal), excluding shipping, will be sent to you within two days of received return. We are also happy to arrange for exchanges or store credits upon request. Shipping charges are not refunded.
• Returns that violate this policy may be assessed a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price of the returned item(s).
