Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: Only Washington state residents are required to pay sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at 8.9% on the purchase total.
Q: How can I get pieces repaired?
A: Please send me an e-mail regarding the item you wish to have repaired and I will be happy to respond with repair and shipping information. Or bring the piece on in to our Seattle location~6500 Phinney Ave N Seattle, WA 98103.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes, I can create custom made jewelry out of sterling silver and gemstones. If you see a design you like, but not in the colors you are looking for, please conatct me and I would be happy to custom create one for you. Discounts given on large quantity and Bridal party orders.
Q: Can you help me locate a specific vintage item?
A: Yes, I am more than happy to try and locate a vintage item you are interested in. I frequently assist costumers in finding specific items. It may sometimes take me a while to find just the right one, but I am more than happy to keep searching.
Q: Do you buy or consign items?
A: I do purchase vintage jewelry and accessories. I am even interested in broken pieces and spare parts. I will happily respond to any contact regarding the purchasing of vintage pieces. I do sell items on consignment, please contact us for details.
