1950s white layered petticoat crinoline by Penny Dale. Made from nylon, it has a nylon tricot drop waist at the top. The bottom sections have multiple layers of tulle stitched on to add volume. The tulle is bordered with pastel ribbons in very light washes of pink, blue and cream. It has a tag that reads "Penny Dale All Nylon Fabric M". The elastic waist stretches from 22" to34" and its 29.5" long. Its 8.5 out of 10 with no rips, stains, or tears.
