Wow this is a magnificent pre-ban hinged cuff bracelet of genuine ivory. Inner circumference 6.5 inches and is just over an 1 inch wide. Cuffs of this size are becoming extremely rare. This one is particularly lovely. It has a large bezel set ivory cabochon in the center that measures 43mm x 32mm. The ivory pieces are set onto a wood backing that does not show when worn. This bracelet open up at the hinges when the pin is removed. I have seen other bracelets of this style through the years and many have horizontal cut ivory pieces that don't seem to age as well. This bracelet has vertical pieces and they fit together very snuggly and are still in perfect shape. | ||
