This decorative vintage hair comb is late 19th or early 20th century and has a Art Nouveau design to it. It is a jet black celluloid that lightens at the very top to a dark tortoise color set with jet black rhinestones. It is in near perfect condition. These hair combs are highly collectible. It measures 3 x.5 inches. It is in fantastic condition with no cracks or breaks.
