This is a not quite vintage stretch bracelet by Joan Rivers. It is made of .75 inch goldtone panels on elastic cord. The panels are set with faux gemstone cabochons in emerald, sapphire, amethyst, and ruby. The bracelet measure about 8 inches in diameter.
